J-PRO+ is a smart device comprised of an advanced ATG System with a built in fuel controller. The Automated Tank Gauging (ATG) system controls and monitors the fuel tanks whereas the fuel controller electrically controls dispensers, other ATG systems and fuel tank probes.
J-PRO+ connects to the probes. It stores and provides a visual display of the following parameters:
Information on product/water volume can be taken directly from the ATG system, J-PRO+ can also provide calculation of volume based on product/water level, for this tanks’ calibration charts should be input in the ATG console.
J-PRO+ allows to monitor the operation of the fuel dispensers and tanks (and optionally to make sales when required) together with existing POS system installed on the station. This ATG console allows to view information about each dispenser sales and each tank realtime state and remains, to generate reports and send all data to the central server.
MVCC’s Fuel Controller can simultaneously control up to 64 fuel nozzles (supports single-sided and double-sided dispensers), that use up to 4 different communication protocols simultaneously. Each of the fuel controller’s pump ports can be set to a different communication protocol and baud rate.
Our automation solution is future-proof, allowing you to effectively double or tripe the number of nozzles at your station with the use of additional hardware which is provided upon request.
The fuel controller is designed for use at gas stations and fuel storage facilities. It provides control over more than 100 brands of dispensers and more than 30 brands of ATG systems and probes using original communication protocols. Use of the fuel controller allows implementing of Internet of Things (IoT) concepts at petrol stations. Using communication interfaces Ethernet, RS-485 and RS-232, the fuel controller provides ability to control forecourt equipment from different control systems and with various configuration of hardware.
